SpottiOtti
I am switching from TMobile because I need a new phone and theirs are stupid expensive. Anyone got any recommendations or horror stories about cell phone carriers? Thanks! Link to comment
Seraphim
I don't know a lot about American cell phone carriers but I love mine. I have been with mine for almost 15 years now. Because I have been with them for so long they provide me with awesome loyalty bonuses. Link to comment
mhowe
I use verizon and they have great 4G coverage. My phone is a Samsung Android --- and my bf far prefers it to his Iphone. Link to comment
Liraele
I have Verizon and love them. Great coverage, flexibility with plans, and their phone prices aren't too bad. Link to comment
SpottiOtti
Oh good, two votes for Verizon! I was thinking of switching to them but I've been with TMobile for like 12 years now so I'm nervous about switching. I'm probably overthinking it. Thanks guys. Link to comment
Fudgie
I have Verizon and I love them. For the most part, they have the best coverage. Now, price of service per month, you're likely going to pay a bit more than you would through T-Mobile, HOWEVER, Verizon still does 2 year contracts, so the price of the phone isn't full retail. T-Mobile no longer does contracts so you're on the hook for $600+ phone. With Verizon, you're going to pay between $99-$199 for your phone, because it's subsidized through your contract. I would look through the plans and make sure that it's affordable to you and in line with what your monthly usage is. Also, check with friends and see what carriers they use. You'll get a good idea of which carrier(s) work well in your area and which ones don't. Link to comment
