i rarely feel comfortable around people..

I've grown up in a strange family dynamic, and i realize this and know i can't do that. so in my head i believe I'm acting one way but i actually don't know how to have a good delivery when speaking to people, or just be comfortable myself.

The idea is simple but the execution is difficult. You need to force yourself and push yourself outside your comfort zone. Spend more time around people. Take small incremental steps. Try chatting briefly with a stranger in a line up. Just talk about the weather. Join a club and slowly interact with the group. You only need some small wins to build a momentum.

Might help to take a break from the social media for awhile, it's not a replacement for real life interaction. What s it that makes you feel uncomfortable? Are you just worrying about what other people think, and it makes you freeze up? Explain the "weird family dynamic"

my family is just very negative about everythingggggggggg. everyone who comes in contact with them comments on how its unbearable..

my family IS unintelligent and in their own world… they don't think before they act and they are not motivated to make a happy life. they are unrealistic about everything..and they are terrified of change.
