my life right when I thinks it going good something else's happen like find out stuff I don't want to know not be able trust anyone or talk anybody about what going on . ugh I hate this I just don't know what to do ugh my heart can't take anymore pain or tears

Im sorry you're having an awful day... Life can certainly be difficult at times, but it also has its great moments and that's why we keep moving forward. Things will get better and you'll have many happier times on the road ahead, that i can promise you.
