Personal training

I have one too. I met her at my gym, but she now works out of her home, and I go there 2 times per week (3 times/week in the summer when I have more free time). We do strength/weight training and the occasionally cardio intervals. I've been going to her for about three years, and she's awesome. I have seen tremendous results, not only in muscle tone and loss of inches/gaining of muscle, but also in strength, balance, stamina...everything. I haven't gone to my gym in a LONG time -- haven't needed to. I run three times a week, too, so I get cardio through that.

 

It's important to get a good trainer; in three years, I haven't had one injury, and I have made huge progress. Plus, she's very affordable, charging WAY less than what I would have to pay for her at the gym.
