I really like this guy named Sam and i don't think he likes me back because he does not want a pic of us saved on our phones and as he demonstrated a dream to me and he just brush off of wherever he touched me which was my shoulder, i want to know does he want to date me or stay friends??

like in my dream me and him were cuddling on a bench and i told him my dream the next day at work and as we were walking down the hall and he put his arm around my shoulder but not quite touching and after he did that he said "let me brush that off for you" like, what did he mean, there was nothing on my shoulder and he just brushed my shoulder like nothing happened, i don't know what that meant at all and i'm comfused.

You are trying to make something of nothing. He isn't interested in dating you.
