They think one first date of decent, gentlemanly behaviour gives them a carte blanche to do whatever they want. I feel it's because there are no rules re dating nowadays. The loose rules that have grown out of Internet dating have meshed with dating (offline) generally. That's quite annoying, because there are also the women who do have sex early with a man under the assumption that most men will lose interest if they hold back. This, in turn, perpetuates bad behaviour by guys who push for 'fast tracking'. Interesting themes to discuss! I feel as though I'll start documenting my dodgy dates on here.
