Me and Ex are taking it "slow for now" what to expect!

im rather confused, i know from outside looking in it doesnt look great. But everyone i know that knows her tells me to be patient take things slow and see where it goes, including my father and they talk all the time still. Confusing times ill tell you!

Why the hell does your father talk to your ex? That isn't cool by either one of them. And quite frankly, they are giving you horrible advice. Your situation doesn't look great -- it looks like one of the more awful situations I've seen on this board or any other. I mean dude, this is the equivalent of going back in time, buying a ticket on the Titanic and letting the ship hit the iceberg again.
