Dreaming about ex?

I had dreams about my ex boyfriend for four days straight. It's like a nightmare now. I remember my dreams because I practiced keeping a record of it. Now I remember it pretty clearly without keeping record. How I wish I didn't do that, Lol. I'm always waking up completely under the weather now.

 

Did you dream about your ex a lot after the break up?

Or do you still dream about your ex very often?

I have dreams about my ex almost every night it seems. I did the last two. Eventually you just realize they're dreams and you aren't gonna let them bother you.

 

I'll mention I've been broken up from my ex for over 2 years and haven't even spoken to her in well over a year. No desire to get back with her and 100% moved on. Dreams are weird, they just happen.

yup, I dream and daydream about my ex a lot - i'd think it;s pretty normal and won't disappear until you are a 100% moved on. That doesn't mean you aren't healing and getting better though.

The more I suppress any thoughts of her during the day the harder it hits me at night.. Dreaming about her makes me wake up truly sad.. Feels like a setback everytime ..

I've had many dreams and wish I didn't. It does set me back a bit, but still hurting, whether i've had one or not.

I guess most of us do- as they're still deep within us in many ways.

I did for the first week, woke up crying. No more dreams and I sleep peacefully through the night
