It has been about two years since my last class and I decided to start dancing again. I am a bit out of shape and have trouble with running out of breath easily. Any advice on getting back into the "groove"? Link to comment
mfan Posted November 25, 2013 Share Posted November 25, 2013 I found dance exhausting too when I took lessons 5 years ago. I was out of breath after one song. I didn't do any cardio training or endurance training, but I should have. I think jogging, even jogging in place in your home for 20 minutes a day, would be great. Link to comment
