Prunes. they will get your sugar craving taken care of. Tons of potassium and fibre too. They sound gross, but they're so delish.

 

I had a small slice of pumpkin pie/ pear gingerbread cake on Thanksgiving. It was amazing but a little bit was more than enough.

My husband has a box of halloween treat-sized chocolate bars. I was just about to leap at the box... grabbed a couple of prunes instead

16 days is admirable! Way to go! I think it was been 2 weeks for me... except for the pumpkin pie/cake on thanksgiving and the tiny sliver I had last night.

grapefruit does the trick on me .. it has been about 11 days for me , and im feeling better .. i try to substitute the craving for sugar by fruit shake using either a banana or apple , which consist of some natural sugar but not as harmless as the artificial sugar .. i do it by blending them with some other fruits or veggies like kale and spinach hope the rest is having a fantastic time with this healthy diet as much as i do
