Glasses symbolize intelligence and I find intelligence incredible attractive. They also can give a girl a more mature and sophisticated look. Plus they help draw attention to your eyes and some guys love a beautiful set of eyes. So yes, glasses can be attractive.

For me it depends on the girl, but I usually think it makes them a lot more attractive.

The only time I think glasses are unattractive is when someone wears a style or design that is unsuitable for them. Other then that there are heaps of hot chicks that wear glasses.
