problems during pregnancy. she can be very cold

Im not really sure what's going on iv tried to sit down and talk to her. she can't really tell me what's she wants. i don't want to be with a women who's only still with bcause she's going to have my child. we are both 22 and we were happy and in love. i want to believe she still loves me and lot of this is just hormones. we have been together for 8 months and she is about 6 weeks pregwant. She used to be the most honest and blunt person i knew but now i don't know what to think, she is very cold and closed off. more so just blunt now. i need all the advice i can get! Help

Maybe she's still in shock of being pregnant? Was it a planned pregnancy? 6 weeks is very early to accept that your life is about to change and possibly you're feeling that too and taking a deeper look at the person having your child? It could be hormones but you said she was always blunt so you must have known her personality.
