photograph11 Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 Hello fellow ENA's, Just a thought, I was having a discussion with friends, I've recently been through a break up of my first relationship (3.5months). And they were telling me how if someone dumps you,and everything seemed going well, they probably have someone else they are seeing/ a plan b? I understand if it was a lot of arguing, etc, it's probably not because they have someone else in mind, but if you're dating someone and they are not sad at all to let you go and everything seemed to be going well, are there chances that they have someone else? What do you guys think?

What do you guys think? I disagree. Not everyone cheats their way through healing because they dont have the balls to heal alone. When I dumped my last boyfriend, I didnt have a back up, and I wasn't seeing anyone else simultaneously. I just knew we were incompatable--way sooner than he did.
Ms Darcy Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 Sometimes but not always. It depends on the relationship. For short relationships, I suspect the dumping has more to do with the dumper realizing that they do not really want to be with you long-term.
Avila Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 not necessarily. it probably just means that they don't think the relationship will see the long term.
Lambert Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 Agree with the others.... Not everyone is a cheater. Sometimes, it really is just them, not you.
Mellie Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 They have a plan b, clearly, but that doesn't necessarily involve anyone else.
