Piet Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 if anyone can give me a page or a torrent, because i am in no position to spend money to buy the product, where i can download the m3 system for free. if not, the people that have read it, can you give me a summary or the most important parts of the M3 System, thank you.
Angler Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 As someone who is almost a year post-BU, the best advice I can give is this: -Don't believe the claims of these books. -Leave him/her alone. -Make any financial/logistical decisions based on what is best for you and you alone, not a future "us". -Go to the gym, go for a run, eat and sleep as best you can. -Be prepared for absolutely nothing to happen.
In a Pickle Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 I think these 'Get your ex back' systems/books are all psycho twaddle, the best advice you'll find is on here ENA, as all the people have been through what you are going through now. There is no way to manipulate getting your ex back, they have to want to come back, you can't change free will. Heal, become stronger, get back to the person you was when you met your ex, you do this for you, and not anybody else. If they want to come back, don't make it easy for them, they have to work to get you back, or you'll just become another statistic again..Because they will feel they can pick you up and toss you away at will.
Shake Spear Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 I have downloaded a couple of them (illegally I tried searching for this M3 system on the rapidshare and torrent sites i use, and found nothing, i wouldn't worry to much about it While the content and advice in them are decent, its not any better than what you can get from here, and besides, the price of some of these e-books are simply outrageous. If you read 1 or 2 of them, you read them all. I remember one i downloaded; the guy who wrote it claimed to be a couples-counselor AND a doctor (a medical doctor nonetheless). It was basically 150 pages of "go NC" with LOTS of fluff, i checked out the homepage, and they wanted like 80$ for it
dasilver Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Sadly there is no "How to get your ex back" book that actually works.... If there were, we'd all have read them and would be back with the ex that still hold our hearts in their possesion. I agree with Angler especially his last statement..."be prepared for nothing to happen"...(love that).... Hard is it...you might need try and start the ever so painful process of healing... (((hugs)))

Piet Posted July 4, 2012 Author Posted July 4, 2012 Mod Note: Summaries will be fine. DO NOT post links to torrents or downloads. i have read ''the ex2system'' and ''the magic of making'' up but im just so curious of what the m3 system has inside, mostly to gather the best of each ebook. i know someone has read it, if they can enlighten us with a few tips or some highlights of the book, much appreciated it, thank you.
Lastchallenge Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 Trust me! Its the same info you get here! The dirrevence is your paying for it
Melinda J Kane Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 If you google it and deeply research, you can piece together most of the table of contents. In fact, the TOC's are around. Then just google each topic. Not sure if all the info is here or not, I'm new here. Although I think the benefit of the programs is it puts it's advice in simplified format instead of searching and sorting a forum. For instance, one of the programs I looked into was on talking with feelings. Turns out it's the same communication techniques taught people with BPD. Saying YOU SHOULD CALL ME will make a defensive response vs. I feel hurt when I don't hear from you and I'm left waiting (non-accusatory, non-controlling). That course is like $197 to teach you how to talk non-accusatory/non-controlling. Go figure. But I guess it's worth it for someone who doesn't know or who can get overwhelmed doing research.
tregare Posted December 19, 2012 Posted December 19, 2012 Since summaries are okay, having gotten the M3 system through questionable means: It's all short (about 3-5min video segments) split into 3 "modules". There's like 4 videos each. First module - generalized accept the break up message, generalized getting your ex back is possible message, vague advice to figure out why you broke up Second module - general message that this is the main part of the M3 system, general message that you shouldn't listen to any other system, general message that other systems suck with an apparent specific rag on systems that utilize the "apology letter", tells you to go no contact for 3 weeks Third module - Reinitiating contact "advice" - call them to talk about them or butt dial them "accidentally" singing, general advice to be less available "play phone tag"
