Pox Scar Removal

I was wondering if anyone had any information on chicken pox scar removal?

 

I have a few, but there is a big one on the bridge of my nose I have always wanted to remove. I have Googled the subject, but I find that most the sites I get directed to, seem to have an agenda (of course they are going to say they are the best method, that's who their advertisers are).

 

I have seen a bunch of creams and products advertised for scar removal... Are these effective against older scars? I had chicken pox when I was 5 years old, so I am sceptical that an over the counter product will remove this scar.

 

Any experiences info would be most appreciated.

But chicken pox scar since you were 5? I got it in my really late teens and I don't think they're that bad, so I kinda doubt yours are worse than mine. I have some on my face too.
