Yes, we as complete strangers aren't going to just agree with you. You can either be an adult about this OP and get yourself a lawyer and handle it like a mature adult or you can continue to act in denial and like a teenager. The choice is yours how you chose to handle it from here out.

I'm not acting like a teenager as you have said. I understand the gravity of the situation and i have my defense. Do you expect me to just admit guilt when i have a plausible defense. No one ( unless they were undeniably guilty) would. That's the beauty of our justice system. I have rights too. I know what i was thinking when the situation occurred and what assumptions i was under. If I had known otherwise we wouldn't be having this conversation. I am not a criminal and i'm not a bad person either. Things like this happen.
