Trouble sleeping

I don't have problems in getting to sleep but I wake around 4am and if I am stressed or have things on my mind such as busy workload or break up, I cannot get back to sleep for ages.

 

I have a cup of double camomile tea by my bed, try anti hystamine, Kalms nite herbal tablets but sometimes I just cannot get back to sleep for one or two hours and I am knackered.

 

Does anyone have any ideas or tips?
