blueplanet22
I don't have problems in getting to sleep but I wake around 4am and if I am stressed or have things on my mind such as busy workload or break up, I cannot get back to sleep for ages. I have a cup of double camomile tea by my bed, try anti hystamine, Kalms nite herbal tablets but sometimes I just cannot get back to sleep for one or two hours and I am knackered. Does anyone have any ideas or tips? Link to comment
Samedy
Time to seem like a pervert. Sometimes when I wake up and have been tossing and turning for awhile, I find pulling one out will help put me back to sleep... Link to comment

MakeItCount
Ever try relaxation exercises? Look 'em up on youtube, they have the soundtrack and everything Autogenic training and staircase exercises work best for me. I know it sounds silly, but I did this for a full semester for a class and by the end I realized I felt SO relaxed. Give it a try! Link to comment
