Endy's Book Thread

Hey everyone! I just thought I would pop in and reccomend that those of you who are really having a hard time, do an advanced search and put in Endy and books. I got the books he suggests and they are helping me so much. The book from abandonment to healing is especially the "pill" I need now.

 

This is just a little idea to help out with the suffering I know is happening on this board.

 

Try to use this time to do as much "Inner" work as you can. Use it to heal the child within and learn from what happened. Use it to understand the grief process. Abandonment grief is actually much more painful and difficult to heal, than when a loved one dies. Use this time to understand human dynamics, anger, co-dependence, and attraction.

 

This time we are all going through can be a tremendous opportunity ............
