worth setting up a date?

I met someone over Halloween weekend, unfortunately very drunkenly. We made out for a bit, but I have NO recollection of how that even started (nothing sneaky on his end, I do know that). We exchanged numbers and have texted a bit. He seems nice enough, but is there any point in setting up a date after such an immature start? I at least had the smarts to not go home with him, because if I do start seeing someone I don't want it to be just for booty calls or whatever.

Why not? I have had some relationships start in a similar way. It's not about how you meet, it's where you go from there.

Don't jump into bed with him on the 1st date, though... then he'll definitely think you are just that type of girl....
