so at school there are a couple guys inparticular that i like. but there is one specific guy in my choir class that i cant tell if he is gay or not. we sit next to eachother in the very back row of seats and he is always touching me on my legs and grabbing my ass and tries to touch my * * * * . but i swat him off really fast cuz i dont want someone to c him doing that and then jump to conclusions. but that is basically all he does to me, but i see him all the time flirting with all the upperclassman girls too. so what should i do?? by the way i am not out to everyone just a couple of people... i need help

Do you consider this guy a friend? Like, do the two of you talk outside of class or eat together, or is this interaction limited to this one class? The touching bothers me because even if he was a good friend, he should respect your body and not just place his hands wherever he wants. This is true regardless of sexual orientation and gender. His behavior toward you doesn't indicate a healthy friendship or relationship could bloom because based on what you've said, he doesn't seem to respect you as a person. If there is any more that you could add to your situation, it might help, but I think his behavior isn't a result of a genuine interest on his part to have a relationship with you.
