Frosted_Cherry Posted September 7, 2011 Share Posted September 7, 2011 Hello, So I work at a gym and there is a cute girl that I wanted to talk to her and get to know her and I did throughout the day yesterday. She has a great sense of humor, with anyone and I loved it. She laughs at almost everything I laugh at and her sense of humor is similar to mine, which is hard to find. So, throughout working with her, we joked about getting food after work and she wanted a ride with me since she doesn't have her car fixed yet. I just kinda blew it off as a joke But after work, we were walking out, I teased her saying I was gonna get food and she asked if she could come along. I played it off that I didnt want her to come along and teased her saying I had no more seats in my car, and blah blah, just kidding with her but after I agreed that she could come along. So we went through the drive through, got our food and I drove her back to her apartment. As she was leaving, I asked if I could get her phone number and she put it in my phone. BUT... Think of the consequences of dating this girl and how it will effect you at work and how everybody else will take it. What is dating policy at your work? But the question is, when do I text her/call her and should I make it right to the point? or start slow? Like ask her to lunch or just friendly chit chat? We talked for about an hour before she had to go and I as well. Now, whats the next step? Should I wait for her to text me? Should I text her in a couple days? Call her for a date?
