Don't keep a daily, weekly tally. Know that you are seeing him in Nov due to the destination wedding, and do everything in your power to put him out of your head until then. Otherwise, you're not utilizing NC to its fullest potential. This is a time for you to heal and grow. Imagine how you will feel 2 months from now if you shift the focus from him to yourself!!
