Kitty87
Well, this will be short but I am just having one of those days where I miss him A LOT. Just looking for some advice to keep me on track. Link to comment
dabbledave
Hi Kitty, Try replacing thoughts of him with thoughts of things you are thankful for. Write them all down. Do that until you smile and for as long and as often as you need to. Cheers, DD Link to comment
In the Dark
It's only been a while. You just have to carry on riding that emotional roller coaster. I recommend looking for sources of emotional release. I have a fair few emotional releases Music, song writing, drawing, painting, Nature walks and photography. When you have no one who wants to hear the best thing you can do for yourself is get out of the house and go somewhere by yourself. The above worked for the break ups which did not hurt me terribly. The ones which did, made me lose control. I did some stupid things, ranging from sleeping around, fighting, to binge drinking. Every time, I would feel worse the next day, especially after binge drinking. Following in my ex's footsteps. Link to comment
Coconut Twin
Well, this will be short but I am just having one of those days where I miss him A LOT. Just looking for some advice to keep me on track. Here is a quick fix - think of him poking his nose, farting and pooing... Worked for me everytime! Link to comment
