How to proceed?

I landed an interview with a credit union for a teller position. The interview lasted 1 hour 10m. I got a second interview with the human resources manager. She gave me a list of benefits and asked if 11/hr is an ok rate. Then she had me do a teller simulation. After that, she said she would let me know what was decided the next day after talking with the people I had the 1st interview with. It's now Monday and I haven't heard anything...now what should I do?? This has been going on for several weeks now

So you were told you would have an answer the next day and its now been several weeks? If thats the case, it seems relatively safe to assume that you didnt get the position. If its been a few days who knows. But if you were told you would hear the next day and its been a few days longer, you can always give them a call to follow up.

For a teller position they usually make those decisions pretty quickly. If it's been several weeks you can pretty much assume you didn't get the job. Don't take it too personally. It's a heavy churn position. People are in and out of those positions all the time and they usually don't stick around.

Sounds like an awful lot of work for an $11/hr position. Like avman says above jobs like that get filled pretty quick. I'd keep looking.
