After 7 months of nothing

Well it is still nothing really but I noticed my ex had looked at my online profile but why for what reason? I think just curiosity as I would look at recent pictures of her too although there aren't any i'm aware of. She would know that I know she looked so why?

 

All i am trying to do is do my best to heal and move on. Don't get me wrong it would be good to catch up but I still do not feel like pursuing it after the cold shoulder I got last time and subsequesnt times I tried to be civil and talk: all it would do is set me back.

 

Was weekend so probably a drunk thing I think nothing to concern myself with.

It sounds like you answered your own question - probably curiosity. Or maybe her current bf was checking up to see if there was anything going on between you and her.

 

Is this for FB? You could block her if you think it would help.

 

Just stick to your NC and know that if she had any intentions of rekindling things she would have gotten in touch with you by now, so hang in there. You don't want to mess up the progress you have made so far.

 

But I do have a question - how do you know she checked your profile??? (I didn't know you could do that ;-)

Nope it was on a dating site, we have always had profiles on there before we met up and after BU. Thing is this is kind of a significant thing I would think for her to do after ignoring me for 7 months Idk. I have not went and viewed hers and I won't be doing that.

 

I think it is probably a wind up, to see if I will do anything like email her or that.

Yeah - you are doing the right thing. Ignore, ignore, ignore. She was probably just checking to see what kind of action you are getting - and none of her business - but just let it go. Can you block her on the dating site? If so, that would help.

 

Otherwise, just hang in there and it sounds like you are doing what you need to do.
