My first brake up and im 29

I went 14 days of nc If you read the other thread some of you were helping me but I had to tell him that( its awful that I feel this way this is my first break up and I guess there is a first for everything) I feel a little better now he still.is a child and did not want to talk to me. But being in no contact has helped me I still care and I know I will make things worse but I had to tell him I dont know if that would of helped me in the long run can I have someones opinion sometimes you feel better saying things and not just on paper I had to get that off my chest

I said oh,my goodness his name I never been dumped and it feels awful I guess there is a first for every thing
