Without getting into all the details, this girl who I have a crush on thought I hated her and I thought she was pissed off at me as well.

 

The next day she apologized for being rude to me all week and things got better. But it does seem to affect her if she thinks I hate.

 

Maybe, it may not mean she wants to date, but it must mean something right?

If she had been rude to you all week and then apologised, it suggests that she thought better of her behaviour and felt sorry about it.

 

Without knowing any more details, I wouldn't read anything more into it than that. Speaking personally, I don't think I'd be interested in someone who I thought hated me - but I still wouldn't want to be rude to them.

There isn't a chance that she's interested because of that, but you can evoke that feeling in her still, if you can initiate talking, using this sudden surge of emotions from her as a reason to address her. However, are you comfortable going this far, with ease, and with this girl?
