Well I know the birth control pill can sometimes increase their size They did for me, although one of the brands I tried also made them hurt! Then I got a clot from another brand, so can't use that option anymore but most people wouldn't encounter that problem, so that is my input for this topic.

The only thing OTC breast enhancement pills plump up is the seller's wallets!

Breast tissue is fat and glandular tissue, so the things that increase breast size are:

* Gaining weight which increases the fat

* Hormonal changes which swell the glandular tissue (pregnancy or taking hormones like BC pills).

Exercise that builds up the muscles under the breasts may change their shape size a little, but not all that much.

So random herbal pills won't do it. Notice how there are also lots of ads for pills that will increase penis size... Disreputable marketers will try to push any product that plays on people's insecurities and fears, that their penis or breasts aren't big enough. They are worthless.

I haven't and to be honest I'd be scared to if I needed extra cleavage. I remember in college a few years back a girl told me about a co-worker who took them, and her arm fat increased instead. I'm not sure how it works, but pills and those sorts of products can have really unpredictable effects.

Just like liposuction: studies are showing women tend to put the weight back on in their upper OR lower body which ends up looking very odd down the line.

My advice: a Victoria Secret level 5 push up! They add 2 whole cup sizes guaranteed lol. AND lift. I know it's not a solution if you're concerned about how you look when naked but those bra's are a foolproof way to fill out tops.

I am afraid to say that I did for fear you all will bite by head off but I did it because I liked this guy who liked this girl with big boobs/butt. Well I ended up exercising so much I now have a big butt...but still had no boobs. I researched the herbal pills and they worked....to a certain extent. I was a 32AA (yup you could have used my chest as a chopping block I was that flat) but after about 4 months I grew to a 32A. And I know they grew because I used to have the Victoria Secret AA bra but one day my mom told me that I needed a new bra because my boobs looked lumpy under my shirt.

As a science major, these pills shouldn't have worked (I might have had a growth spurt?) because the phytoestrogen these herbs contain actually compete for receptors that estrogen uses. On top of that, the phytoestrogens are about 0.1 as strong as estrogen so you can see the logic there.

Btw, i did gain weight (from 103 to 108) around my midsection which made me look horrible until I started going to the gym 5 times a week and doing cardio for an hour and limiting my carbs.

Sorry, but it sounds like you just googled that information. Science major, yet you might be going through another growth spurt? I'm asuming you're probably in highschool, especially assuming you want to impress some guy who "likes women with big boobs".

And no, don't take pills.
