I have, but thats because she contacted me and "missed me". I honestly believe you should not break no contact mo matter what. It has only had negative effects. Sure it felt good when she was around but she always feels like its a mistake afterwards. Even though we had fun and only did what she wanted. If you must talk with your ex at some point I suggest doing so when you have a clear head and are no longer hurting from the break up. Makes things much easier if you want to reconcile. Gives them a chance to miss you and you a chance to become healthy. You cant be in a healthy relationship unless you are healthy first.

yes that is all very true but its just soo hard!!! omg!! breaking NC is like an chain reaction once i broke it feels like i want to keep contacting even though he dosent respond i do everything to stop these urges!

I did and we reunited for about a month then he broke it off with me again. After that I stayed no contact with him. I'm still in contact with my ex-husband and that will last forever.

Yea breaking NC is doing me no good. Its very hard though because she keeps contacting me. Wanting to see me, be best friends still and talk. And when she comes around she still kisses me and does the same things she did before (even though she has someone knew). But to make matters worse we have an 8 month old son. So a large part of my heart wants her to come home so we can be a family, but I know now that she is just using me. She told me today that she doesnt want me and only really wanted to come over out of boredom and that it was a mistake. I didnt initiate anything but I didnt stop it either. And I thought for a moment that if I kept up the (fake happiness) and showed her a good time that I could get her to stay. Sadly the only hope any of us has is to move on. Maybe when im over this and time has gone by we can try again. But I do not really know. To be honest I think when that time comes that I wont want to be with her anymore. But I do hope to be friends.

You sound really in love with her and the child only makes it difficulty because there has to be contact for the sake of the baby!! Awwhh!!! Im sorry to hear your struggle hope it gets better for you!!
