Great places to meet nice girls

Where are some great places to meet nice girls? My ex just broke up with me and I'm ready to get back on the market again. I would usually find girls at parties and school but seeing that this is the summer and all my friends are out of town I'm pretty stumped. I'm 20 years old and I live in Houston if that helps.

Depends on what kinds of a girl you're looking for. What are your interests? For example, I love books and music so I would spend more time out to shows, in bookstores, etc.

My interests are very male oriented which is a problem. I enjoy video games, rap music, and I play tournament paintball. I'm also at the weight room everyday but there are very few college aged girls and most of them are with a dude. I'm just looking for a couple of possible dates for the summer. I know it sounds like I'm a full geek but I swear I'm only a quarter geek or so haha.
