He2Him
I visit my ex-colleagues at their workplace and we meet irregularly once in a while for a drink. I don't need no bs virtual services like fb, linked in etc... nor would I fancy them. Link to comment

gingerlemon
Depending on how close my relationship has been with them, I've used Going back to see old colleagues during lunch or have a drink, etc. LinkedIn Facebook e-mail If you don't have a very personal relationship with them, something like sharing work relevant links/ articles might be one way of initiating correspondence.
