So I got this girls number I used to work with her and I've called her a few times with no answer so I sent her a text asking her to call me when she could I sent it yesterday and she hasn't called what should I do?

Some women are really nonconfrontational. They think it is easier to reject a guy by ignoring his phone calls rather than telling him that she doesn't like him in that way. Fake phone numbers, not picking up the phone, not returning phone calls, making up excuses about being busy = not interested. At this point, I would get rid of her phone number and move on to another woman.
