How is lacking self-esteem delusional? I mean, what if you really ARE rather unattractive, not that bright and kind of annoying? If you admit you are those things, is it low self-esteem or just being realistic?

Not necessarily, some of it can be true. It just all depends on how you handle it. You either let it get you down, or you don't. I'm slowly learning to live with the fact I don't have a beautiful face.
