AKFIRE25
Ever since I got out of high school I have weighed between 183 and 187 pounds. Never more or less then that! I am 32 now. When I met my ex 3 years ago I started to put on more weight. She called it happy weight and said I looked better with more meat on my bones. We broke up in November and the day we split I weighed 212 pounds. Last night I weighed myself and I had lost 42 pounds. If you are looking for a killer way to loose weight go with what I like to call the "Break up diet". It will change your life. You'll look better and feel lighter in just a few months time. J/K this weight loss plan really sucks! Any advice?
LightbulbSun
Maybe you should gauge whether you're ready to start dating again? You need something to distract yourself from this girl.
catfeeder
Not sure what you're asking. If you're not happy with your body after the weight loss, toning it up will also tone up your mind in the process. Use your pain as something to have a face-off with in the gym, and see if that helps. Fingers crossed for you.
Live-N-Learn
I don't think OP complaining about the weight loss but just being sarcastic and saying "this break up really hurts and I have lost 42 pds through the pain and suffering". I think the point was more about how painful the bu is.
