I was so upset about a guy, that I exercised to distract myself

I was so upset about a guy that I exercised to distract myself and re-channelled my nervous energy. I did 92 minutes on the exercise bike and burned 700 calories. At this rate, by my calculation if I repeat this daily, then I would burn one pound of fat in five days. Assuming that I eat about the same as usual.

 

I want to forget him. Maybe exercise will help improve my mood.

Exercise is a stress reliever. I recommend incorporating some strength training. Change it up a bit, maybe kickboxing?

 

kick boxing is a good idea, really help to get some anger out...

 

find some good activities to do that you enjoy and go for it.

 

thanks, I will look into kickboxing... I have so much nervous energy
