I did 92 minutes on the exercise bike and burned 700 calories. At this rate, by my calculation if I repeat this daily, then I would burn one pound of fat in five days. You might feel very very sore over the next few days. It might be a good idea to ease into it and work your way up in time as your body adjusts.
