Want to break up with me

My GF of about five months and I went on a trip. She is 31 and I am 28. She was sick and has an inspection coming up at her work. She wasn't herself and I don't think we should've gone on the trip at this time. She was very distant and now says she doesn't know if she will fall in love with me. Then she said she needs to think about this and is really busy right now. Is there anything I can do?

The work stress has been progressively stressful due to an inspection tomorrow. She was texting me for hours last night saying that I shouldn't want her. She doesn't know why she put up the wall on the trip. Said we'll talk tomorrow (which would be today).
