My NC does the talking for me. My NC says, "I follow through with what I say. And I did let you know in no uncertain terms that if you continued that behavior, I wouldn't continue the relationship. I also let you know that I wouldn't be referencing that behavior again--your doing it again means there is no relationship--immediate deal breaker--nothing to discuss--there wouldn't be some big emotional drama to talk about it together. There wouldn't be a breakup conversation. No loop holes. No "in". You did this. Own it. I own my portion--I proved it by walking away from you."

Actually I like yours better enternalsunrise. I'm just angry that I allowed someone hurt me after opening myself and my world to her. NC is without a doubt the way to go. And that's what will do my talking for me as well.
