how do i know if a kiss went well

well ive been friends with this girl for a quite a while now and i have had feelings for her and she didnt feel the same way. until recently we started talking and she said she liked me and we always flirt. well today we hung out at her house for about 2 hours. first we went to the park and we were touchy and hugged and held hands. then we went back to her house and when it was time i had to go i gave her a hug and proceeded to kissed her. after she laughed and said i knew you were going to do it and smiled. we then walked down stairs and talked to her family for about 10 minutes she seemed normal. i just want to know if it went well and if you think she will want to again. im usually not so paranoid about this type of stuff but this time i am because we were such good friends. tell me what you think.
