H20
I started this 'eating plan ' on Monday May 17th..basically going to eat 1200 calories a day, and do moderate exercise 3-4 days a week. I read somewhere that if you cut out 100 calories a day from your diet you will lose weight without even really trying. My diet is actually pretty healthy.. And I am the type of person who can eat a lot of the same stuff as long as it taste good and is healthy..so I am going to stick with a lot of the same things for this plan. This is pretty much what I am eating: Breakfast: A protein shake after workout: calories: 200 Snack: Handful of almonds : calories 50-100 Lunch: Turkey Sanwich on wheat bread, with mustard: calories 250 Snack: Yogurt (Dannon light and fit) calories: 80 Dinner: Smart Ones (weight watchers) frozen dinners calories: 250- 300 Side salad with vinagrette dressing : calories: 100-150 I know that seems like not a lotof food, but I am still eating all day long, so I feel satisfied. Start weight: 129 lbs I'll post my progress on a weekly basis..every Monday... Note: I just weighed myself and it said 127 lbs..not sure if that could be possible but I'll continue updating... IntotheWild
Sounds like a good diet. Just be aware of the initial shock you'll experience when you change your diet. The first few days are the hardest, but it'll pass. Light headedness is normal when you body switches into fat burning mode, but watch out if you start to feel short of breath - increase your calories if you do. Good luck. Stick with it and you should do well. Link to comment

I think even that will be ok as long as I don't cheat more than that!! Link to comment

I quit alcohol for good about a year ago. Some people can enjoy just a little, but apparently I'm not the type. It's easier for me to just stay away than to try in moderation. Link to comment
H20
Well things are going well as far as eating. I am spreading my food out through the day...so I actually feel as if I am eating too much, though my total caloric intake is not that much. I stepped on the scale today and it read 126, however I don't think the scale says as much about weight loss as inches do, so I'm not gonna get my hopes up. Still working out too. Weights 3 days a week and walking on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes 3 days a week. I feel great. Also got a good haircut today and am going to grow it out for the next year as I have a weddiing to be in and want my hair to look nice. Needed it shaped up very badly. Over all a great day Link to comment
H20
Weighed myself today, and still at 126...but I'm not stressng over it. At least it's not going UP. Did an olive oil treatment on my hair today, as it's so dry. Ugh I hate growing out my hair!!!!! Link to comment
