H20 Posted May 18, 2010 Share Posted May 18, 2010 I started this 'eating plan ' on Monday May 17th..basically going to eat 1200 calories a day, and do moderate exercise 3-4 days a week. I read somewhere that if you cut out 100 calories a day from your diet you will lose weight without even really trying. My diet is actually pretty healthy.. And I am the type of person who can eat a lot of the same stuff as long as it taste good and is healthy..so I am going to stick with a lot of the same things for this plan. This is pretty much what I am eating: Breakfast: A protein shake after workout: calories: 200 Snack: Handful of almonds : calories 50-100 Lunch: Turkey Sanwich on wheat bread, with mustard: calories 250 Snack: Yogurt (Dannon light and fit) calories: 80 Dinner: Smart Ones (weight watchers) frozen dinners calories: 250- 300 Side salad with vinagrette dressing : calories: 100-150 I know that seems like not a lotof food, but I am still eating all day long, so I feel satisfied. Start weight: 129 lbs I'll post my progress on a weekly basis..every Monday... Note: I just weighed myself and it said 127 lbs..not sure if that could be possible but I'll continue updating...
