overnight babysitting

My question is, I have been asked to watch two children ages 4 and 7 starting Friday at 1 pm until Saturday at 10 am. its an over night as you can see. What do you think would be a resonable amount to charge. they are very good friends of mine. I don't want to be outragous on the price. they are very easy kids.

Do they have money? Where are they going? Have you baby sat for them before?

If they are good friends I seriously wouldn't ask them to pay me if its a once in a while thing. Just have them furnish food, beer, and a movie for the kids.

they are actually a family i babysit for every monday and wednesday. they are going to palm springs. i have done this before and i think they said me like 250 for half day on friday til noon on sunday. i want to be reasonable but my question is what should i ask for?

Hmmmm. Maybe $100. Or tell them i'll baby sit for $50 LOL
