renaissancewoman101
There are some fatty/oily Asian foods that I love to eat (but worry about the fatty caloric content of it). I also know that when I eat those foods, my stomach acts up badly and I am in the bathroom within 20 minutes of eating it. I have a very weird, sensitive stomach that acts up badly to oily, greasy, fatty foods. I know those foods usually have a lot of fat, calories, salt, etc., in them. The fact that these types of foods don't stay in me long, does that mean that when I eat them, since they pass through me so quickly, my body didn't absorb the fatty/sodium/bad contents of them (that could cause weight gain and stuff)? No, I am not anorexic or bulimic, I just have a stomach that doesn't handle some types of food really well. Link to comment
