So i love making myself over this time my plan is to:

-start tanning again

-once i am tan i will cut my hair so its just above my shoulders anyone have any cute photos of hair that length? I really need to cut it because my job requires hair to be up in a bun,... and it sucks but if my hair is short then it doesn't have to be

-get it colored darker, i want to weight til i am tan so i don't look freakishly whiter

-lose weight

-continue teeth whitening, even though teeth are pretty white already.

Do you have plans on ways to reinvent yourself? If so what are they?

I love everything about your plan except the tanning part. You are absolutely adorable! Don't ruin your skin.

If you feel like you HAVE to tan, please do it in the real sun and not a tanning bed and don’t do it every day, or even every week. Use lots and LOTS of moisturizer!

I know you are young and probably don’t think this applies to you, but the decisions you make now about how you take care of your skin will affect you for the rest of your life. If you've ever met a woman who's used a tanning bed consistently for 5 years or more you'd die....they look like transvestites.

haha that's funny, Transvestites.

I don't have the time or even enjoy being in the sun for the amount of time i would have to be to even make a difference. I plan to just build my tan and then once i reach where i would like to be just go like once a week to keep it.

I know about the risks but even if i sound naive i am not really worried about them. I Put my head to the microwave and watch my food cook all the time and i know that cant be good. That sounds scarier then laying in a bed with bright lights.

Funny, I did exactly what you did!!! I FIRST started tanning (yeah yeah, bad I know. Please don't lecture, I get really irritated) so I wouldn't look like a member of the Addams family..., dyed my hair from blonde to dark brown, whitened my teeth A LOT, chopped ~6" off my hair.

It's fun to reinvent from time to time!

The only next step is losing weight. I did all the easy stuff first!

Yeah, I wasn't worried about it when I was 20 either.

Now I'm 48 and DEEPLY regret the time I spent tanning outside (and tanning beds are just as bad). Thankfully this generation has grown up in a time when there is so much information about the dangers of tanning your skin. White skin is now desirable and has made a come back with celebrities. '

No tanning is safe and no matter how you do it, you are damaging your skin - forever.

One of the biggest regrets of my life is that I did not protect my beautiful, pale white Irish skin from the sun and now I'm dealing with age spots, freckles, uneven skin tone, permanently red areas and premature wrinkling. Now I avoid the sun and wear sunblock every day, wear a hat and long sleeves during peak hours and am trying different ways to reverse the sun damage I have.

And so far, I'm one of the lucky ones who hasn't been diagnosed with skin cancer.

Your choice but trust me, you WILL regret the choices you are making now.

Natural skin tone is one of the sexiest things about a woman. If you go on with habitual tanning while you're this young, you may say you don't care about the future repercussions but I guarantee you, you will.

You said you'd build your tan until you reach your goal then go once a week... once a week already sounds like a maximum to me

But other than that - have fun

Yeah, I'm attempting to become more comfortable in dresses and skirts.

Normally I'd only wear them for big dinners or weddings. lol. So we'll see.

Also, I'd like to see if I can pull off a sexy two piece. ha, why not, if I can? I've seen women in their 40s and even early 50s who looked damn good in their two piece suits, it's all work.

No tanning for me. I'm still trying to get comfy with sunscreen every day. It still seems greasy to me?

Hmm, what kind of shoulder length cut were you thinking? Hair is one of the fastest ways to feel reinvigorated.

My friend's mom just turned 60 and she still wears a bikini. She looks fantastic!

She is adorable, isn't she? I think you're mind was focused on the 'weight' aspect muffin.

Lol, love you!
