shwayze
I work in a job of an independent nature without a lot of supervision. I rarely ever see my boss but I am looking to quit sometime in the near future, and would like to do so in person, but she is never around. What is the best course of action to take in this situation? should I email etc Thanks Link to comment
RedDress
When you are ready to quit, email or call her and ask her for a meeting to discuss your 'future with the company'. Link to comment

jahur
hey RedDress thanks. so it is best done in person right? welcome to ENA firstly..... always best in person, dumping your job by electronic means is as insulting as your SO dumping you by electronic means, get my drift! if you go in person they may even offer you better terms...failing that they will respect you if you leave by telling them face to face...
