I'm not the biggest fan of webcams since you're constantly on the spot - pictures are more my bag, much easier. Different outfits maybe, mutual masturbation, if you've got any toys you could whip them out so he can watch.... you could load up the same porn at the same time and watch it together.... I'm not sure if this is the sort of thing you are looking for, but you can do a masturbation control scenario. I think in a way this probably works better over webcam than face-to-face. Basically you tease him, let him watch porn or do whatever you do to arouse him. However, you dictate to him how he is allowed to pleasure himself, how fast, when he can finish etc. If he disobeys you order him to stop, close his eyes, put his hands behind his back, or you stop what you are doing.
