I am so sorry you are going through this too. I would tell you the same thing people have been telling me. I think in your case it is very likely that she is not the person that you think she is, i.e. looks etc. She is hiding something, she sent you a picture of someone else or she has some very serious insecurity as to why she won't meet you in person. If she lives close to you, do you know where she works? I would simply tell her that you are going to come by and just say hello and possibly take her to lunch. Tell her that you just want to say hello to someone that you have been talking to and sharing so many things with for so long. If she doesn't want to do this I would say just walk away. She is lying to you.
