Where would you like to be?

I hate you the tiniest bit. I'll trade you Cairo for a vacation like that. No joke. She's yours.

Ha ha. Might be awk for you to share a room with my family, but hey, if you can do it, more power to you! It was amazing. I'm going back next year (you're allowed to hate me), so if you diet yourself to death and can pass the 50 pound limit I'll put you in my suitcase, no problem!

Did I mention the hotel was full of the most gorgeous men on the planet? Seriously. Professional tennis players, everywhere. Swoon. It was one of the best weeks of my life.

I'm sorry. This thread is like porn for me. The world is beautiful.

hahaha if I can swoon over smokin' hot tennis players, it'll make up for sharing a room with strangers.

And I agree--this is totally my porn. I want to be rich just so I can travel everywhere.

Here's where I was a month ago. It was bliss:

Wouldn't mind going back. In addition to it being absolutely beautiful, the hotel had the best pancakes I've ever had.

That place does look gorgeous!

Best pancakes? Better than Ihop? Lol kidding

And if you work your magic you might not even end up staying in our room! Ha ha. I can't believe I haven't told you about this vacation already. I was on cloud 9 for weeks afterwards, just with the afterglow of having been in the sun with so many gorgeous men. I was like a hormonal 13 year old on that trip, giggling at everyone!

Yep, if I were rich I would:

a) hire people to do everything I hate doing in life: ie cleaning, shopping and "running errands" and calling people on the phone

b) go travel

Ok, more lovely places I'd like to go before I take this thread too far off track:

Libya:

They have beautiful beaches as well, and incredible Roman ruins.

Tierra del Fuego and Patagonia on my way to my cruise to Antartica (I have friends who went on this trip - amazing pictures):

And, for good measure, Mauritius:

Now, where is my sugar daddy who will send me on all these trips?!

EEP, sorry, didn't realize those pics would be so huge. Sorry everyone!

Yes, JD, best pancakes. Lemon ricotta pancakes - melt in your mouth. Indian Wells, California everyone - it's the place to be when the tennis tournament is in town.

Ooh I don't know how I didn't know! I feel like I've been out of the loop! Going to exotic, beautiful places just give me such a high. Better than drugs haha.

I want to go to Lebanon SO badly!!! My friend is from there and sends me pictures whenever he visits and oooh, it's gorgeous. And EGYPT! Will went there awhile back, I am soo jealous. While I'm in Africa, I want to go on safaris and steal a baby leopard.

Oh my god me too!! I've even devised a method for sneaking a tiger cub out of the zoo: you go in with a stroller, with a doll in there, throw the doll in the trash, get yourself the tiger cub and strap him in there, and voila - you can sneak him out and no one will ever know!! It would work on safari too.

You can come join me this summer in Morocco, if you want! I went to Egypt a while ago and it was AMAZING. One of the best vacations ever. So much history, but also so much fun! It was just awesome. I would love to go back too.

This is the village where my family used to own a summer house (well outside of the village). I went to school in this village for 6 months. It's in the south of France. I love that place:

Bahahaha, of course you came up with a plan on how to steal a tiger cub. That doesn't surprise me in the least!

Ooh, Morocco--I was supposed to go there last summer! When it didn't happen, I was devastated. Like, crying devastated haha.

That village is gorgeous!!! I love France so much. Ughhh. Why am I so poor?

But isn't it a great plan?

Gotta start playing the lottery. My sister and I really grew up in that house in the South of France - we spent all summer there every summer, and almost every other school vacation there as well. My parents bought it when it was crumbling down, right after I was born, and renovated it piece by piece. My sister and I used to run to cross one room because we were scared the ceiling would collapse, ha ha. (It was 400 years old, but actually very sturdy). The day we had to sell it was sad. I miss it.

That's so amazing!!!! 400 years old!!! I can't imagine living in such an old house. Ohh, I would love to do that. I watched Under the Tuscan Sun the other day and desperately wanted that old house. I would love to buy an old house like that and renovate it. Love. Love love love!

Fabulous plan. I'm doing it. I wonder if maintenance would notice a leopard...
