I think I'm getting fired.

So some time ago my boss asked me to stay and that they have enough money to pay me for at least another six months....well it's been six months. Today at the office meeting she kept sneaking looks at me. I caught her looking at me four times. I think I'm getting the ax...what do you think?

It's hard to tell. I know before I got fired from my last job my boss avoided looking at me or even coming near me for a few days.

I got fired once and I didn't even know it was coming. If I were you I would start looking for another job just as a safety net. Or your boss could be looking at you because you may be able to stay. It's hard to tell in those situations.

You should have been looking for another job 3 months ago at least. If you haven't looked, START NOW.

 

Polish up that resume and go, right now, send it out. Get some interviews, whether or not you get fired/laid off.
