azngi16
I'm interested in self actualization and spiritual development. Anyone know good books? What are the benefits of being spiritually developed. Link to comment
HellFrost666
Spiritually developed can mean so many different things. It's hard to answer your question when it's so vague. Link to comment

Timebandit
Really depends on what type you are looking for. But "The four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz is a favourite of mine. "The Road Less Travelled" by Scott Peck is also a great one. There is a book that goes through 50 spiritual classics - it could be a place to start if you want to find out where to go in deeper. pinecone
Self-actualization is a concept from Carl Rogers, the idea being that we never reach our full potential, but are always striving forwards.. lovely. No idea how this would spill into a self help book, but a book on his ideas on personality development might be helpful. Link to comment
