Spiritually developed can mean so many different things. It's hard to answer your question when it's so vague.

as to the thread...agreed...can mean many things. so much stuff out there...and it resonates with different people in different ways. one thing will often point you in the direction of something else...and it continues on that way.

Really depends on what type you are looking for.

 

But "The four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz is a favourite of mine.

 

"The Road Less Travelled" by Scott Peck is also a great one.

 

There is a book that goes through 50 spiritual classics - it could be a place to start if you want to find out where to go in deeper.

oooh...don ruiz! heard so much about his stuff. many stories from many people who've read. might have to dig that one out.

Self-actualization is a concept from Carl Rogers, the idea being that we never reach our full potential, but are always striving forwards.. lovely. No idea how this would spill into a self help book, but a book on his ideas on personality development might be helpful.
