What should I do now? If anything.

So here's the back story.

1 and a half years ago I started a new job and another new co-worker and I really hit it off. All of our co-workers thought we should be dating, but she was strictly against working+dating. Since then, we are no longer working together, but still hangout together frequently.

3 weeks ago, I finally got up the courage to tell her I have feelings for her. After doing this, she said thanks and left. (we were at my place)

Since then, she acts like I never said anything or brought it up, and we have been together (alone and with other friends).

I don't know what I should do at this point, I'm perfectly fine if she doesn't feel the same way, thats life. But I wish I could have those words actually come from her, not me assuming it.

Any advice?

Either she does have feelings, but is afraid to admit them for some reason. Or she doesn't, and is afraid to admit that too. In either case, she should have done something better than say "thanks" and then leave.

That what our mutual friends have said too.

I would like to get a more concrete answer from her, but I don't want to completely ruin our friendship. I would rather have her as a friend then not at all.
