babii doll
ive been looking for one online but the ones ive come accross you have to pay for. are there any free sites with this tool? i get so lost and overwhelmed when im at a grocery store that i sometimes forget to pick things up and plan for the next few days. it would be nice to have an ingredient list/dinner plan for the week. if anyone knows of a site, id appreciate it. thanks Link to comment
fLuiD
Oh My! This would save my life! I need structure to get myself motivated and creating a habit out of things. Anyone who can respond to this, please do so in this format (if you can) Listing what you eat at each of those times for each day of the week. Monday 7am 9am 12noon 2pm 5pm 7pm etc.. Link to comment
mandyc
link removed, recommended by a user here, it lets you pick and chose from thousands of recipes and you pick what day you will have it. You can also keep track of exercise, workouts, weight loss, etc. There is so much stuff on there, it is pretty helpful. Link to comment

Yeah I often write it down anyway but I'm not sure what kind of goal the people at this thread have by dong it. If there is a goal excepting that it's useful to know what to buy without needing to return frequently to a shop. I forece myself to eat sweet and fat things with a lot of calories a day so I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for. Link to comment
Shortpants
I have used this one in the past and been pretty happy with it: link removed It has the menus, the recipes, and a pre-done shopping list. It also has previous weeks posted so if there is a daily meal you don't like, you can go back to a previous week to steal one that you do like. The other thing I liked was that the meals are setup that you make a bigger meal on a weekend or something, then using the leftovers the next night or the following night for a new meal. This one also gives the whole meal, entree, sides, and even desert. All this and they give the nutritional info as well. I wing it now, make menus for 2 weeks at a time and the shopping list to go with it, but to get me started, uexpress really helped. Some of the recipes were really good too! Link to comment
